Position: Service Manager, Mr. Handyman of E&W Charlotte to Belmont, one of the fastest growing Mr. Handyman franchises in the country.

Job description: Support Mr. Handyman company operations by:

Optimizing office and administrative processes,
Supervising office and field technician staff,
Scheduling work for technicians via online and phone customer inquiries,
Helping grow commercial and residential sales,
Managing the day-to-day operation,
Interacting with Mr. Handyman clients.

Skills/Qualifications:

Superior customer service,
Outgoing and energetic,
Positive phone presence,
Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office
Leadership,
Oral and written Communication,
Sales and customer relations,
Organization and planning.

Experience:

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook,
Minimum two (2) years service management experience,
Previous dispatching, phone sales, and construction experience a plus.

This position will report to the Director of Operations and/or the owner.

Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
